General information
- At the request of the corporates as the Beneficiary, Vietcombank commits ensuring the ability of the Issuing Bank to the corporates.
- If the Issuing Bank fails to perform of fulfil its commitments to the Beneficiary, Vietcombank will undertake the financial obligations on behalf of the Issuing Bank.
